How can I see if my order has been shipped?
Immediately after shipment of your package from our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and the unique tracking and tracking number of your package. This order confirmation is your proof that your package has been shipped. If you have not received any information about the shipping of your package, please check your spam folder, as well as your specified e-mail address.
Which payment options do you offer?
We offer our customers the following payment methods:

How can I return damaged items?
- Take a picture of your item and the packaging with the DHL bill

What are my withdrawal rights?
You have the right to cancel your contract of sale within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
What are the consequences of the right of withdrawal?
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event, but no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
How can I cancel?
Please request a return / return slip by e-mail. Squeeze out the ticket and stick it on the package. Use a post office or DHL Paketshop near you to deliver your parcel.
How is my money refunded?
We will refund the return value within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to buy.
- Card payment: If you have paid by card, the amount will be credited to the original card.
- PayPal: If you have chosen the payment PayPal, the amount will be credited to the used PayPal account.
- Prepayment: If you have selected the payment in advance, the amount will be credited to the current account used.
Why does not my discount code work?
If you have received a discount code, but it does not work to redeem, please check the terms and conditions of the discount code, as the discount code may be subject to minimum contributions, expiration date, or may not apply to the entire assortment. Any conditions for the use of a discount code will be announced.
I forgot my discount code. What am I doing?
Since all orders are processed immediately after the entry for the delivery, it is unfortunately not possible to subsequently activate or grant discount codes.

Who are your beekeepers?
We work with 500 affiliated beekeepers and 150,000 beehives. Our beekeepers are supported, cared for and receive an ideal training for beekeeping with every step.
Where are your products developed?
Our products are developed at the Istanbul / Technopark Technical University in the R&D department.
Is Propolis a natural product?
Propolis is a natural product. We use our years of experience and knowledge in bee products to preserve the natural nutritional value of these valuable food products and present them to consumers in the form of totally natural blends.
What ingredients does Propolis have?
Propolis consists of a complex mixture of over 300 different substances. The ingredients include resins, waxes, essential oils, pollen, bee enzymes, minerals and various organic substances such as flavonoids (polyphenols), phenolic acids, carbohydrates and isoprenoids.
It is a natural product, the composition varies and depends on many factors, including the plant species, the geographical location and the bee species.
